Hello Everyone!

I heard the above statement recently and I was horribly offended by it…but I’m not sure why, since I have always thought so too.  But, before you “tar and feather” me, please let me explain…

Most “real estate investors” get caught in the trap of being drawn to real estate investment and the glamour of wealth and riches without really being given the proper tools to succeed.  Also, many real estate investors treat real estate investing like a hobby, not like a business.

SacREIA was created to address this problem and to give real estate investors these essential tools and the support they really need.  SacREIA further expanded upon these principals when it launched “FOCUS: The Inner Circle Group” to help select real estate investors that were ready to take things to the next level and further maximize the business skills they learn. 

FOCUS was designed to step outside the normal boundaries of the REIA.  The main purpose of FOCUS is to help its members analyze larger real estate deals and business opportunities to enhance real estate and business acquisition and develop new ideas.

Owning a Laundromat can be a very profitable business and can add a significant amount of money to your net worth. According to the Small Business Administration, coin laundries provide investor returns of 25% to 50%. It is a service-based business that fulfills a basic necessity in life and is therefore recession-resistant!

A laundromat is one of the simplest businesses to run. The beauty of owning a coin laundry is that it is a business that, once set up properly, should only require 5 to 10 hours a week of your time. It will be in demand for as long as people have the need to do their laundry. This is still one of the few businesses where the customers pay you up front and in cash. The success rates for Laundromats are an amazing 98%, according to the small business association.

Over the years, Brian developed a system to find potential Laundromats for sale, analyze them, negotiate their purchase, and turn them into a highly profitable source of monthly income. But when he started this business, it was simply to have a safety net. Brian says that he never would have imagined that he would someday be teaching others about Laundromats.
